Based on the idea of Web 3.0 and the paradigm concept of DAO, we conceive a product launch of MVD(Minimum Viable DAO), which consists of three modules

DAO-driven product design: Each module of the private network needs to be proposed, discussed, voted on by the DAO community, and then reach a consensus.

DAO-driven feature testing: Each feature implementation is publicly tested by the DAO community with feedback on changes; it passes and is then publicly distributed to the community.

DAO-driven launch: Each feature that passes the community test will become a module component of Tusima and be open-sourced to the community. It can facilitate the community or developers to develop all kinds of applications based on the module component.

TusimaDAO NFT holders are full community members and have the right to participate in governance. The TusimaDAO Community Assembly (i.e., all TusimaDAO NFT holders), which meets regularly, is the highest authority in the community. In principle, the community meeting should discuss all matters, including establishing guild and project and calculating funds.

TusimaDao has two phases: the bootstrap phase and the governance phase. This draft introduces the TusimaDAO bootstrap phase.

The TusimaDAO bootstrap phase is the preliminary stage of DAO creation. In other words, this is the process when the most loyal and engaged community members get together to establish the future DAO foundation rules, main principles, and DAO vision.

The main idea of the DAO bootstrap phase is to provide the community with the rights and means to shape the DAO from the very beginning. Community members participate in multiple governance polls and express opinions on various topics. 🎯How long is the bootstrap phase?
